How the Jury Court Works
The Jury Court is composed of a presiding judge and a group of ordinary citizens – the jurors – who have the responsibility to judge intentional crimes against life, such as homicide, infanticide, abortion, and incitement to suicide. The process involves the presentation of evidence and arguments from both the prosecution and the defense, ensuring the accused's fundamental right to be judged by their peers in a transparent and democratic session.
